Another thing and the most important of all is that, allow your body to rest. Overworking your self can cause fatigue and can give you a lot of stress. When were stress, we tend to eat more than usual. Give your body the right amount of rest that it needs. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours a night. Then in between work take a nap for 10 to 15 minutes. Give your body time to recharged.
You should try to plan your meals as well. It will stop you from skipping breakfast, eating out and binging on unhealthy foods that contain bad fats. It will also stop you from overeating, which will increase your weight whether you are eating healthy foods or not.
